The Counselor is one of my most anticipated movies this year. Having read the script I can tell you that it will either be amazing or it will be absolutely awful. The latest trailer doesn't really help me with determining which one of those it will be, but it looks like they kept some of the best parts of the script in the film.The film, written by Cormac McCarthy and directed by Ridley Scott, revolves around a lawyer (Michael Fassbender) who gets himself and his fiance Laura (Penelope Cruz) mixed up with some really ruthless people. The film also features Javier Bardem, Brad Pitt and Cameron Diaz in what will probably be an unforgettable performance, or at the very least - unforgettable character.
The film opens in US on October 25th.
