Here are the coolest things about that awesome, new Suicide Squad trailer

Suicide Squad trailer has arrived and with it so many new awesome glimpses of the coolest looking movie of the year and again so many questions -

who is the person locked in the cell that Harley is talking to - in this trailer - laughing at? Who is the Joker torturing? What is that bizarre alien-thingy? Who is the dude in the subway? Why are we supposed to care about Scott Eastwood whom Hollywood keeps shoving down our throats?

I cannot help with the above, but here are some things I noticed:
Harley pre-transformation, angrily slamming her hands on the hood on the car. Judging from her blouse and the behind the scenes footage this is right before she transforms. Can she be experiencing car trouble as she is fleeing from the Joker?
Well, DC doesn't fuck around, does it?
Look! It's the Joker behind Harley!
 This looks like some fun breaking the forth wall moment

And here are some of my favorite things in the trailer:

9. The shells
The shells falling on the ground may be cliche, but goddamn was the sound mixing on point here

8. The smoke and the Enchantress
It looks like Cara Delevingne's character is the main villain in the movie and I love the design of her character with the smoke coming out of her when she is in full costume. It looks to be some sort of possession thing - Cara looks normal at various moments in the trailer

7. Harley's tea time
The quick shot of Harley reading a romance novel and drinking tea was so funny

6. Whoa!
There's a moment when the group is standing together and Harley just goes 'woah!' in this cute and excited way. Robbie nailed that character.

5. The chase scene
We saw that Batman is on top of the car the Joker is driving but here we got a bit of more footage with worried Harley and The Joker going insane behind the wheel. I'm so looking forward to the scene, not because of Batffleck, who is gonna be the best thing about BvS and the worst about this one, but because the scene unites Harley and The Joker and they will probably steal the show

4. The Joker and that machine gun
Leto is gonna kill it, mark my words

3. My God. Jai Courtney is...good
Courtney is, I'm told, awful in general. I haven't actually seen him being awful in anything because I have not seen any of his films but that's what people say. He does however look very funny here and has the funniest bit of the trailer when his character, Captain Boomerang is hiding and cracking open a can of beer mid-whatever fight they are having

2. Mad Love
When I saw the sizzle reel from Comic I thought that they will go with Harley being transformed as the result of Joker torturing her. Now I'm thinking that the shot from previous footage was Joker actually freeing Harley as there is some sort of Arkham Asylum mutiny happening - she gets captured by some weirdo - well, worse weirdo -  and he rescues her. It looks like the transformation part is gonna be Harley falling into tank filled with chemicals, like in the most recent origin story. Or he actually does torture her and then turns her. Either way I'm 99% sure Lana del Rey will write a song about it 'cause this is all so messed up.. There is such a cool moment in the trailer where the blue from Harley's blouse and red from Joker's shirt bleed into the tank - they will ultimately dye Harley's hair - and form a heart around the toxic lovers.

1. The Joker
First of all Leto is seriously brave, he is taking on a role that not once but twice was iconically played by other actors and quite recently Ledger's performance of The Joker won an Oscar. And so far from what we've seen of the Joker Leto is doing an amazing job mixing Nicholson's comic book look and Ledger's dangerous intensity. The best shot of the trailer was Joker laughing manically while lying on the floor surrounded by knives and guns....and roses....and Harley's iconic black and red boots.
